Rifle Association from 1994 - 2013. Certification is no longer being maintained.
- Shooting Review Guidelines. Expert analysis of deadly force incidents is conducted using a critical path methodology and self-defense issue model. This results in findings on the objective reasonableness of the shooting and the related proximate cause of any injury.
